Battery maintenance for floor washing machines: Batteries are roughly divided into dry and wet batteries. Dry batteries (without a cover that can be opened to add water) generally require no maintenance. New batteries generally need to be replaced after about two years. When using a wet battery, you should always pay attention to the battery water scale. Do not let it go below the lowest scale line, nor above the highest scale line. If there is not enough water, add battery replenishing fluid or distilled water (available in battery stores or general car boutiques). Do not add original solution to prevent the concentration from being too high. When not used for a long time, the battery must be fully charged before use. Battery maintenance by adding water 1. When the battery of the floor washing machine is used for the first time, the first three charging times should be more than 14 hours, and then it can be fully charged. The normal charging time is about 8 hours. If a larger current is used to charge the battery, the time may be shorter, but the large current will damage the battery life. You can choose to charge it when you get off work every day and disconnect the charger when you go to work the next day. When the battery is fully charged, the charger will usually automatically stop charging the battery. 2. The liquid level of the floor washing machine battery should be checked every ten days or so. If the liquid level is close to the lead plate (the plate cannot be exposed to the air), the battery should be replenished with distilled water (available in supermarkets) in time. Add water until it is about 3 mm below the plastic mouth. It is prohibited to replenish tap water, purified water or battery original solution. 3. Adding water to the floor washing machine battery should be done after the battery is fully charged. 4. It is best to leave about 20-30% of the battery's remaining power for each use. Excessive discharge will affect the service life of the battery.

5. The discharged battery should be charged within 24 hours, otherwise the battery will be damaged. 6. When charging the floor washing machine battery, please ensure that the socket power supply is in good contact, and that the charger plug is in good contact with the battery plug. 7. When the floor washing machine battery is not used for a long time, the battery should be recharged every two to three months. 8. If oxides appear on the battery poles and wire connectors of the floor scrubber, they should be removed in time.
