1. Before maintaining or cleaning the floor washing machine, the power must be turned off and the power plug disconnected to prevent accidental electric shock or component damage.
2. When the battery of the fully automatic floor washing machine is used for the first time, the first three charging times should be more than 14 hours, and then it can be fully charged.
3. Drain the sewage after each operation of the floor washing machine, and clean the sewage tank with a water pipe or spray gun. Ensure the cleanliness of the sewage tank and its sealing area to prevent accumulation of dirt from clogging the sewage tank.
4. Remove the carpet brush or floor brush regularly and clean the brush tray. If the brush plate is not used for a long time, it needs to be removed and cleaned to prevent the floor washing machine from having excessive current and affecting normal use. It can also effectively prevent the deformation of the bristles caused by long-term pressure on the machine.
5. Clean the inside of the wiper strip regularly to prevent hair and other dirt from accumulating and affecting the wiper effect.
6. Clean the wiper strip regularly to keep the surface clean, which can reduce wear and extend its service life. At the same time, the entire water scraper frame can also be cleaned. 7. When not in use for a long time, the upper end of the water level pipe should be unplugged and the clean water in the clean water tank should be drained to prevent the water in the water tank of the floor washing machine from deteriorating.
8. Clean the battery regularly with a dry rag to ensure the battery is clean. Prevent particles from entering the battery, blocking the vents and affecting normal use.
9. Wipe the fuselage and chassis (outer and bottom) clean with a dry cloth;
10. Clean the water-absorbing filter. Sometimes some sediments will be produced, which will weaken the drying effect. Please clean the filter with flowing water and check it periodically. Sometimes the filter will be blocked due to water impurities, which will affect the outflow of water during the cleaning process.
11. Check whether the squeegee is clean;
12. The machine should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to prevent the humid environment from affecting the motor and shortening its life.
