1. Installation of brush disk of YOUNISI floor washing machine

There are two ways to install the brush plate. The first is manual installation, and the second is installation using machine rotation.

(1) When installing manually, place the brush disk directly under the base, then support the brush disk with both hands to keep the brush disk horizontal, and then hold the brush disk upward while quickly rotating the brush disk clockwise or counterclockwise (the direction may change depending on the machine model). If it does not get stuck at one time, you can try it several times. After being installed correctly, the brush plate will make no abnormal noise during operation, will not swing significantly, and will not fall off.

(2) Use machine rotation to install the brush disk, which is faster and suitable for single brush disk floor scrubbers. Before installation, place the brush tray under the base, then put down the brush tray cover. Then move the scrubber back and forth, left and right, until the brush tray cover and brush tray completely overlap. Then turn on the power, press the floor scrubbing button and quickly release it. At this time, the brush tray will be installed automatically. What needs to be noted in this operation is that the scrubbing button should not be pressed for too long, otherwise the machine will be damaged if it is not installed.

2. Disassembly of the brush plate of YOUNISI floor washing machine

The steps to remove and install the brush plate are basically the same, the only difference is that the direction of rotation is opposite.
