How to maintain the battery of a push-type floor scrubber?

1. The liquid level of the hand-push floor scrubber battery should be checked every ten days. If the liquid level is close to the lead plate (the plate cannot be exposed to the air), the battery should be replenished with distilled water (available in supermarkets) in time. Add water to about 3 mm below the plastic mouth. It is prohibited to replenish tap water, purified water or battery original solution.

2. Adding water to the battery of the hand push floor scrubber should be completed after the battery is fully charged.

3. The discharged battery should be charged within 24 hours, otherwise the battery will be damaged.

4. When charging the battery of the hand push floor scrubber, please ensure that the socket power supply is in good contact and that the charger plug is in good contact with the battery plug.

5. When the battery of the hand push floor washing machine is used for the first time, the first three charging times should be more than 14 hours, and then it can be fully charged. The normal charging time is about 8 hours. If a larger current is used to charge the battery, the charging time may be shorter, but the large current will damage the battery life. You can choose to charge it when you are off work every day and disconnect the charger when you are off work the next day. After the battery is fully charged, the charger will usually automatically start charging the battery.

6. When the battery of the hand push floor scrubber is not used for a long time, the battery should be recharged every two to three months.

7. If oxides appear on the battery column and wire connectors of the hand-push floor scrubber, they should be eliminated in time.

8. It is best to leave about 20-30% of the battery's remaining power every time you use it. Excessive discharge will affect the battery's service life.

7. Long-term storage and non-use are harmful to lead liquid batteries. If long-term storage is unavoidable, we recommend:

a) Fully charge the battery before storage

b) Remove all battery connections

c) Try to store the battery in a cool environment, but at the same time, pay attention to the temperature should be above zero degrees Celsius. Stored batteries will discharge slowly. The lower the temperature, the slower the discharge.

d) If the battery is stored for a long time and not used, it should be charged every two months.
