When purchasing a fully automatic floor washing machine or a ride-on floor washing machine, you need to first understand the main components of the floor washing machine so that you can better use the machine. 1. Check and maintain the battery status of fully automatic floor washing machines and driving floor washing machines:

The battery power signal will appear during work. When it displays 4, it proves that the battery is fully charged and can work normally; when it displays 1, it proves that the battery power is low and it is a backup power. Please suck up the sewage on the ground as soon as possible; when it displays 0, it proves that the battery power is not enough. You should stop the machine immediately, clean the machine, and put it in a ventilated place for charging. Generally, it takes 6-8 hours to fully charge the battery. (Note: Please do not use the battery when it is not fully charged, otherwise it will accelerate battery aging and damage the battery life. Try to discharge it fully.)

2. Before using the fully automatic floor washing machine and the driving floor washing machine, add water, defoaming agent and detergent before use;

First add clean water to the clean water tank, then pour in an appropriate amount of floor washer-specific detergent for mixing (if the floor is generally dirty, use a neutral scrubber; for oily floors, please use heavy oil detergent). The temperature of the clean water should not exceed 40 degrees. At the same time, add an appropriate amount of foaming agent to the sewage tank.

3. The operating procedures of fully automatic floor washing machines and driving floor washing machines:

First check whether the floor scrubbing brush and squeegee are installed. Then put down the floor scrubbing brush, put down the squeegee at the same time, start the floor scrubbing brush switch (discharge water at the same time), initially increase the water level, then adjust it to the appropriate amount of water, press the water suction motor switch, and start the floor cleaning and suction work.

When the clean water is used up, that is, the sewage tank is filled with sewage, the work must be stopped, the brush tray and the squeegee are lifted, and then the floor washing machine is pushed to the sewage discharge area to discharge the sewage. Repeat the above steps to work.

4. Daily maintenance of fully automatic floor washing machines and driving floor washing machines:

After the floor washing machine is finished working, all parts must be cleaned. Generally, wipe the surface with a rag, and pay special attention to the suction port of the water-absorbing motor (inside the sewage tank) to prevent water from entering the motor to avoid damage to the motor if water enters the motor. After cleaning the machine, start the water suction motor and let the motor idle for 2 minutes. Use the heat generated by the motor to evaporate the remaining water. During normal maintenance, lubricating oil should be applied regularly to the water release switch handle, brush plate lift, foot pedal, squeegee bracket, wheels and other places.

After cleaning and maintenance are completed, remember to place the machine in a ventilated and dry place, which is more conducive to extending the life of the floor washing machine. The more maintenance you do on a daily basis, the longer it will last. I have met many customers who, after buying a floor washing machine, ignore some of the precautions of the machine and the on-site environment. They just use it and just pile it up there after using it without maintenance. If used in this way, the service life will of course be short.
