Sources and solutions of noise from floor washing machines

When we use a fully automatic floor washing machine to clean the floor, some noise will occur more or less. When noise occurs, don't panic. We can determine the source of the noise based on the location, size and characteristics of the noise, and then prescribe appropriate measures to solve it.

Generally speaking, the noise of a fully automatic floor scrubber mainly comes from the following three parts: the water absorption motor part; the walking motor and wheel parts; and the brush motor part. If the noise is caused by the water suction motor, it is usually due to damage to the motor bearings caused by water ingress. In this case, the water suction motor can only be replaced.

If the noise is caused by the traveling motor or wheels, it is usually because the brake parts of the wheels are faulty or there are foreign objects wrapped around the wheels. In this case, it is necessary to jump the brake pads and add lubricating oil to the brake parts to solve the problem. In addition, if the noise is caused by a gearbox failure in the traveling motor or wheel parts, professional maintenance personnel are required to repair it.

If the noise is generated by the brush motor, it is usually because there is foreign matter entangled or the gearbox of the motor is faulty. In this case, clean the foreign matter or find a specialized maintenance personnel to repair it.
