The added water should be kept about 3 centimeters away from the top of the water tank. To prevent the water tank from overflowing when the machine is running. Adjust the water volume regulating valve to a suitable position (generally in the middle). According to the actual ground conditions, if the ground is too dirty, you can adjust it larger.

3. Select the needle seat or brush plate according to the actual situation of cleaning the floor. If you choose a needle seat, you should choose a cleaning pad according to the situation of cleaning the floor. Generally speaking, needle seats should be used for floors with high smoothness, and brush disks should be used for floors that are relatively rough and have small gaps. If it is a new epoxy resin self-leveling floor, you should choose a white cleaning pad. If it is an old floor, you can use a red cleaning pad. If the polished cement floor of the mold factory has a lot of oil stains, you should choose a black cleaning pad. Cleaning pad installation method: Just align the corresponding matching cleaning pad and the needle seat concentrically and stick them.

2. Suzhou floor washing machine equipment operation:

1. Put down the brush plate or needle plate of the floor washer.

2. Put down the squeegee.

3. If it is a fully automatic floor washing machine (with a self-propelled drive motor), the speed of the traveling motor must be adjusted to the appropriate position. (Such as YOUNISI L520BT or L600BT fully automatic floor scrubber)

4. Turn on the machine power switch.

5. Press the solenoid valve switch, brush plate motor switch, and water suction motor switch respectively.

6. Gently push forward and the machine starts cleaning. For fully automatic machines, press the forward switch and the machine will work forward by itself.

7. Before the end of the work, please push the machine to the non-main channel, turn off the solenoid valve and brush plate motor switch, lift the brush plate (be sure not to turn off the water suction motor switch at this time), push the machine forward to the previous fuselage position, and completely suck the sewage from this distance into the sewage tank to ensure that no sewage is left on the ground. Then turn off the water suction motor switch and lift the squeegee.

3. Suzhou floor washing machine work is completed:

1. After the work is completed, drain the sewage in the sewage tank into the sewage tank, rinse the sewage tank with clean water, remove the brush plate (or the needle seat with a cleaning pad), clean and dry according to the use situation, and prepare for next use.

2. Wipe the floor washer clean with a clean towel, remove the absorbent strips and clean them.
