Sweepers usually do not emit dust or dust during normal use, but this has happened to some customers during use. Based on past experience, the following main reasons may occur:

1. The dust on the ground is too thick and the water spray system cannot completely reduce the dust. Since the water spray system equipped with the ride-on sweeper has a limited amount of water, it will not be too large and can fully cope with the situation where there is not much dust on the ground. However, if the dust on the ground is relatively large and thick and has not been cleaned for a long time, it may be more difficult and dust will be blown up during the cleaning process.

2. Part of the dust on the ride-on sweeper is raised. If there is a problem here, it is usually caused by the filter not being installed in place or being damaged.

3. The dust box of the riding sweeper raises dust. The main problem is caused by the aging and wear of the sealing strip. If found, it can be replaced in time.

4. The lower part of the riding sweeper raises dust. This problem should appear on the dust barrier. Because the lower part of the sweeper is surrounded by four pieces of dust-shielding skin to form a relatively closed space, after being used for a long time, the wear and tear will be serious, and dust will escape. If this is the case, just replace the dust-shielding skin.

Therefore, when our customers use the driving sweeper, if there is dust, they must observe carefully to see where the problem is. This way, when communicating with the manufacturer's after-sales service, they can quickly catch the problem and solve it.
